1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Delivery Areas: We deliver all across Pakistan.

Courier Partners: We ship via PostEx, Trax, and Leopards Courier.

Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days after the order is processed.

Shipping Cost: We offer FREE Shipping on all orders nationwide.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or WhatsApp with your tracking number to monitor your parcel's progress.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services. Please ensure the exact order amount is ready upon the rider's arrival to avoid any delivery delays.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners (PostEx/Trax/Leopards) will attempt to deliver your parcel up to 2 times. If the delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
